REFERRAL PHILOSOPHY
In order for me to continue to extend the highest possible level of service to clients, I have only one small request. Once you have worked with me and realize the commitment, dedication and experience that become yours through our Agent/Client association, I need to be able to count on you give your heartfelt endorsement of Doug Row and "The Action Team" to family, friends and work associates. Of course, part of my job is to deal with customer calls on an Ad or Sign on a property, but I don't spend 80% of my time prospecting for new business like most Realtors do. Doug's Referral Philosophy means that my happy, satisfied clients do the prospecting for me. This particular philosophy is a way of life, not a novel idea. It is not easily duplicated because you have to live it to implement it. I have serious concerns about the reputation of the real estate profession as perceived by the public in general. It is an occupation which I love and in which I hope to remain as long as I am able. My clients are much more than just a number on a sales board. I strongly believe in the lifetime value of a happy and satisfied client. They will, most certainly, return to do all their future real estate business, but also tell everyone inside their sphere of influence, what a great job their Realtor did for them! Sincerely
