SPECIALTIES: Doug's primary Realty income comes from the Sale of Residential Real Estate. His understanding of the Military and Corporate Relocation process has generated many satisfied customers and clients. "Canadian Forces Base Trenton" is only ten minutes west of Belleville on the Eastern edge of Trenton.

BACKGROUND: Born and raised locally, Doug's second career, "Real Estate" follows retirement after 18 years as Owner/Manager of the Family Retail Business. Doug has been a residential Landlord for over 35 years.

CREDENTIALS:  Doug was licensed to sell Real Estate in Ontario in 1986 and became a Real Estate Broker in 1988. He has since successfully completed Real Estate courses including: BUYER AGENCY, Relocation, Cottage and Recreational Property, Industrial Commercial and Investment Property, Power of Sale, Title Searching, Construction Cost Estimating, Mortgage Financing, Principles of Appraisal and Real Property Law. He became an Independent Contractor in 1990 and joined RE/MAX in July 1992.  He is a member of the RE/MAX "HALL of FAME" and he carries the RE/MAX designation RRS "Registered Relocation Specialist".   Doug is a Past President of the Quinte and District Real Estate Board, a past chairman of the Political Action Committee and a member of the Technology Committee. He is also past Chairman of: the Finance Committee, Bylaws Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Discipline Committee, Arbitration Committee, Program Committee, the Advertising Standards Committee and the Computer Committee for Quinte. He is a former member of the OREA (Ontario Real Estate Assoc.) Northeastern Regional Computer Task Force.  

AREA: DOUG ROW sells Real Estate within the boundaries of the Quinte and District Real Estate Board about 120 Miles East of Toronto. This includes Prince Edward County bordered by Lake Ontario, the City of Belleville and Town of Trenton on the Bay of Quinte. The area goes West past Brighton, East past Shannonville and includes the Villages of Foxboro, Corbyville, Stirling, Frankford, Stockdale, Wooler, Smithfield and surrounding areas. Doug stays informed about the Area Market, Geographically and Economically, and he is aware of the area's relationship to the various local Business and Political Structures.
