Hello, my name is Deborah Lafreniere and I have lived in the Quinte area most of my life.
I am a trained Social Service Worker with specializations dealing with seniors, palliative care and grief counselling. I also have training in Standard First-Aid, and CPR. My business has access to a variety of highly trained professionals. We consult on an ongoing basis regarding individualized living arrangements to meet seniors changing functional needs. As well, we have provided seniors in the Quinte Area with services since 1994.
I have chosen to develop Assisted Living Homes for Seniors and to put my over 25 years of experience to work for others. This was a conscious decision to provide seniors with an alternative to institutionalized living. I believe people should have a choice. My business philosophy focuses on providing VIP services that reflect and meet the needs of older people. I do not believe in providing scheduled living arrangements, but a caring home atmosphere that provides support when necessary and meets individual needs.
